Nice one Geoff, I'm sure you move that chair to in front of the speakers when you're ready for a session

The chair is a mere ornament; a nod to the wife!

Lovely big room there, lots of natural light. I love parquet floors to look at but does it cause any difference to your sound?
One of these days... I'm going to cut you into little pieces.

What a lovely collection of highly desirable vintage gear!
What really sets it apart though is the clean, non cluttered layout of both setup and room! Very nice!
You dont happen to have the transport for the Technins also, would you?

I don't have the transport to the Technics. Thanks for your comments though, it is a phenomenal DAC.

I don't think it makes a difference but I've never had this room carpeted so I have nothing to compare it too. The ceilings are so high that any reflections seem not to be an issue.

Nice! How are you finding the Yams after your B&Ws, Geoff?

I've still got the B&W's Peter. The Yams are a very different speaker, much more analytical but also more suited to smaller spaces. The B&W's fill this space like no other, tremendous things.
