wharfedale 505-2 question

It's a 'twist' fit if I recall. I believe Wharfedale used to insert them with a large key that went around the outer frame. I suspect you need to rotate it carefully anticlockwise somehow.

thanks,, tried using a makeshift brace but they wont budge, anti clock wise nor clock wise...ill keep tryin....
