Lots and lots of books about Francis Bacon, John Stuart Mill, William Wordsworth and John Locke, with the odd whodunit as light relief.

Actually I believe it's the first time i have read any Ray Bradbury. Enjoying it. Some of the story lines have that 1950's Sci-Fi innocence that shows like The Outer Limits had. Really fond of them shows by the way. Great memories in the 70's of staying over at my older brother's place at the weekend and him playing records and introducing me to this wondrful world of music and
watching The Outer Limits on BBC2 on Saturday night.

Life is good now of course , but it was just so simple back then!

    Cheers

The Civil War: A Narrative by Shelby Foote. Just a browse. these new hardbacks Ive had for years as I got them as a present. Decided to keep them nice. Shelby was the foremost expert on the subject and told a great story.

I'm reading a book called 'adequately explained by stupidity - Lockerbie, luggage and lies'. By morag g Kerr.

A bloody fascinating account and analysis of the evidence in the Lockerbie bombing and concerns around the Libyan connection. Books by John Ashton on the subject are great too.

I'm no way a conspiracy theorist but it's looking like the evidence could point towards a different country involvement, but these debates going on for some time. Can really get into a griping true story like this
