Nice, Al. Let us know how you get on with the new KT88s. Gold Lions... I've read good things about them. Never tried them for myself.
Deffo tempted to roll the Sovteks I have. They're OK but... can't help thinking they could be bettered.

Yes they are fine... there's nothing wrong with them. Probably not a whole lot of difference between them and new Svetlanas and even new Gold Lion re-issues as far as I understand it they are all made in the same factory by the same company (New Sensor), who have licensed all the different 'classic' brand names!
