    Question long bolts for Denon

Does anyone know where I can acquire some slightly longer fixing bolts than the ones supplied with the Denon DL103? The standard ones are just a little short to use with my Sumiko headshell unless I leave the finger lift off.

There is an argument in favour of not using a finger lift on headshells, due to their resonating and adding colourations. Especially with lower compliance cartridges which feed quite a lot of energy into the headshell.

I use no finger lift with an arm where possible. There's none on the arm I'm currently using anyway and I don't miss having one.

Yeah, that's true, but I'm a diehard hand-cuer (as for me that's a big part of the vinyl experience: manually dropping the needle onto the grooves), so finger lifts are a must... I like nice 'man-sized' ones, though!
