    It is great being able to test my valves now. I do not know why I am didn't make this earlier. I have found a couple of duff power valves already.
    I love Hendrix for so many reasons. He was so much more than just a blues guitarist - he played damn well any kind of guitar he wanted. In fact I'm not sure if he even played the guitar - he played music. - Stevie Ray Vaughan

    Result! Still waiting for my Mullard to arrive. I'll bring them over and see how they measure. If they aren't as advertised, I'll get some money back

    Default Modification to test rectifier valves

    I have now made a simple modification by adding a big load resistor on a separate terminal.

    This enables the tester to be used to test rectifiers as well
