I had a problem with Linux not wanting to reinstall, but Windows would. I installed XP and then found the PC would boot and install from a Linux CD again.

You think you have problems, and you probably have, just knocked my Rogers Monitor LS3/6 / Export Monitor off a tall stand, no longer immaculate. Repairing now. Some Brummer Teak Stopper, sanding, and re-doing polyurethane finish, I think damage will be imperceptible. Filling done, do the rest tomorrow.
