Not sure what "hoxx plugin" is, will have to lookup. But the Hot Spot extension changes my location and IP address.
My friend in another country can use the extensions to watch BC Iplayer etc. when blocked otherwise. This is excellent for him, I can't use Iplayer because I don't have a TV license.

Tried opera on w7. They have changed it.. there is a series of dots at top on left they take you to set up of home page etc. Not quite same but is i think what you need

Thanks, but this seems to set up Speed Dial, still can't find how to insert a Home Page button/ icon. I did it OK in older versions of Opera.

It takes you there initially but in settings you can change it to go to where you want it to show like aos etc
