ReVox BR430 Speakers
ReVox BR 430 speakers are now my flavor of the week.
After using active Yamaha NS1000 for a long time these are a holding their own.
They are that good.
Got these for £20. They had been stored outside. Tweeters had rusted broken.
I had a set of Celestion small magnet HF1300 tweeters.
Put the HF1300 on the original crossovers without any modifications.
I guess I was just lucky that this worked out so well.
The tweeters have a gentle sound. Not in your face. Very good.
The mid is a German textile dome.
Woofer is from Studer. The parent company of Revox.
Height 56 cm, woofer 24 cm, 100W, original price 1100 DM for a pair.
