    Default new Furutech wall socket

    I took today 1 second hand wall socket Furutech FT-SWS (R). it's their top socket with Rhodium contacts. Gonna install it tomorrow. It's heavy like a hell!

    Installation of Furutech's wall socket took 2 days.

    Problem was in plate, it has bigger diameter then maximum available adjustment of socket.

    Certainly looks good. Not an option for those of us in the UK though.

    I may give good advise for all guys from UK:

    US sockets are much cheaper (then European standard) and assortment are huge. I know some guys in my country - they replaced all sockets which used for Audio on US standard.

    Assortment of manufacturer who make UK sockets is very short as I may see.

    Had seriously considered their Alpha Dog/Alpha Prime cans, but I needed something more portable. Sounded good though.
