    I ve done a fair bit of cycling , mainly off-road . There are two camps of cyclist , the roadies in their full Lycra with heart rate monitors and shaved legs and the rest of us. I spent a fair bit of time going round various forests and mountains and normally all the guys you meet will stop for a chat . Exchange stories about good bits of trail ,near tumbles and some bike appreciation. Roadies will barley nod . This maybe a broad sweeping statement but isn't that what the internet is made for
