There's lots of cloned kit, including cable, coming from China and my experience with many Chinese sourced cables is of quesitonable QC in many cases and you never quite know what quality of copper you have either. Best avoided IME.

And how good is the copy Colin? Time perhaps to let slip the design to a few people in china? Although normally how it works is the same people manufacturing the genuine item simply run an exact copy of the production run alongside...

No way will I give them the formula I might publish it in a book soon instead " Colin Cook Book For Audio" Or "I show you, you steal" which do you reckon will catch on in China or Wessex.
