WTF(ocke)
A new member in our music room. The case is showing every one of its over 100 years of use but that's patina for you. Really nice old piano that cost us a whole €50. Ronnie has always wanted to learn so here she is practicing bloody scales. Now I know why my parents always shouted "shut the ****ing door!"
The guy that delivered it for us also tuned it. It is a fraction sharp but in tune with itself. To redo the whole thing would have doubled the price. For now, its fine for Ronnie to learn the ropes and for me to try and remember them. I've already ordered Mendelssohn's Songs without words so I can get back into stuff I used to know well before, hopefully, progressing a bit.
