Default If a sheep is in your garden?

Can you legally kill it and eat it?

Just wave a jar of colemans mint jelly at it. You'll never see it again.

Not had a sheep in the garden but have had cows in the car park. Why would they go somewhere where there is no grass to eat?

You could try shagging it to death.
You are in Wales after all.
I can't see the farmer complaining too much, and your defence could be that you were lost in the throes of passion.

Then following that you have a post coital barbecue

I am sure someone owns it therefore that would be seen as cold blooded murder with intent to devour.
You could always lure it into your driveway and claim it as roadkill
