Default My Reel to Reel machines

Had 1/2 an hour spare so thought I would treat you all to some photos of my R2R machines
1st up is the Akai GX 635D ( currently playing some Dolly Parton tapes that came with it )

    No 2

    Revox A77

    No3

    Tandberg 9100x

    No4

    Tascam 22-2

    No5

    AKAI 4000DS

    No 6

    Sony tape corder

    No7

    AKAI M - 10

    No 8

    OTARI MX55

    Thats it for now

All working except the Sony tape corder , it may work but I don't have the mains plug for it so may need 2 direct wire it inside

By far the best 2 are the Otari and the Revox

Oh what fun slightly hypnotic watching the reel go round and round and round and round and round

Aye, very nice Al, like to try an Otari sometime.

    Alan,

Very kind offer, thanks, I may well take you up on that. Be good to see how it compares to the Tandberg.

    No problem Ali
If you bring your Tandberg down I could check it over for calibration as well as I have just ordered a NAB cal tape from Logesound
