Wicker Man is an awesome film. Dont usually like this kind if film but I will make an exception for an exceptional film.
The wife and I used to go out at night to catch the nightime goings on of the sky...lunar eclipse. shooting stars. comet. meteors etc. think that may have been my only chance of a 90% solar and I missed it....PISSED OFF ACTUALLY.

I have been unable to get the image of Father Ted explain about cows to Dougal.... "These are small, but the ones out there are far away", while listening to the so called experts. I feel that they have underestimated most peoples understanding and intelligence.
I caught a glimpse of the eclipse at about 80% through the clouds which was impressive. It didn't get as dark as I was hoping though. It felt calm and peaceful rather than eerie to me.
