I use a pair of Quad 303's in vertical bi-amped mode, and they certainly deliver a bit more slam. Worth trying if your speakers are able to be bi-wired.

The Quad 303 is reassuringly heavy for its compact size! No doubt, its the transformer playing a big role for that.

I reverted back to the Roksan Kandy 2 weeks ago. The Neats sound better with the Roksan IMO. That doesn't mean that the Quad 303 failed though!
