What’s the best system you’ve heard/seen on YouTube?
Just a bit of fun outlining systems, which despite the ‘MP3’ limitations of YouTube, still sound very good, and also sound quality aside, contain components that fit your idea of audio nirvana….
I’ll kick off with this system, set-up in a jazz cafe in Japan, by the one and only Kenrick Sound:

Turntable: Heavily-modified Technics SL-1210MK5G [Mike New bearing/ETP platter/Paul Hynes SR7 PSU & reg mods]. Funk Firm APM Achromat/Nagaoka GL-601 Crystal Record Weight/Isonoe feet & boots/Ortofon RS-212D/Denon DL-103GL in Denon PCL-300 headshell with Funk Firm Houdini/Kondo SL-115 pure-silver cartridge leads.

Preamps: Heavily-modified Croft Charisma-X. LDR Stereo Coffee. Power Amps: Tube Distinctions Copper Amp fitted with Tungsol KT-150s. Quad 306.
Cables & Sundries: Mark Grant HDX1 interconnects and digital coaxial cable, plus Mark Grant 6mm UP-LCOFC Van Damme speaker cable. MCRU 'Ultimate' mains leads. Lehmann clone headphone amp with vintage Koss PRO-4AAA headphones.
Tube Distinctions digital noise filter. VPI HW16.5 record cleaning machine.

Yeah, I remember hearing that Western Electric system before when someone linked to it - sounds awesome [with music that plays to its strengths]
Not really superb sound quality (and the music is dire), but thought some folk might be curious seeing GC’s room and what he uses as a system:

sometime last year a yank was showing a complete pioneer system he purchased at a "yard sale".
the lucky f**ker had a upper range DD turntable, sx1250 receiver..all lights lit, all controls working and a pair of the big HPM white drivers speakers.
the vid took a tour through the workings and controls, kept in a dustfree cab and all smokefree blah blah.
"so what" I hear you say. he paid up front for the receiver and arranged collection later to discover the turntable and loverly speakers where included.......SEVENTY FIVE BUCKS!!!
