Got a 4K TV plugged into a hi-fi system and some fast broadband? Check this out, via your telly's YouTube, not a computer, as your graphics card probably won't hack it. Sound quality is way, way above the YouTube average. Well done HT forum of Brazil.

Worth a look if you don't meet the above criteria.

Nice mbl units at 202000 euros, playing heavy metal? (Jerry?)
If it takes multi-huge amps and thousands of pounds of speaker.......are we fiddling while Rome (Ankhara?) burns?
Nice post though. Can sit at home and sample!Through my simple amp and simple speakers!

Clearly there must be a few diehards who buy this stuff..or it would not be on sales display.

It's not bad is it? Built in DAC too. And features include a 'Beijing original 6C3 bile duct'. What's not to like?

I heard the JBL Paragon several times in the seventies. It was bloody awful. Dreadfully coloured. I can't see that any amount of modification would sort a flawed design.
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

Drivers at 45 degrees. Notice how the sound seems to improve a lot when the camera / mic actually lines up with them. The idea seems to be to bounce the sound off the middle section. Bizarre.

At a guess that is due to the microphone as the whole point of the Paragon design was to get a wide stereo image that you didn't need to be dead centre to perceive properly.
