I'm still undecided!
And even if I did decide, I'd then have the problem of what colour...

That's a very sharp price as it includes VAT.
In terms of worthwhile "improvement" I'll tell you something I have noticed. There must be a dozen tweaks you can to to a SL1200. The more you do the more the effect. To take an extreme case; if the tonearm is the first upgrade you will only notice a minor improvement. (In fact if for example your bearing was worn, you would not get any benefit at all from the tonearm). But if you have done the isolation, platter, bearing, powersupply, mat, headshell, cartridge, phono stage, wiring, and then did the tonearm you would notice a substantial improvement.
As for colour: That's a tough one - I dunno man, just dunno.

I'm Tony.
I use an ADC magnesium headshell @ 6g, made some difference to my Reson Reca MM cart on my Technics SL1200 with a Mirco Seiki MA-202 arm, was previouslu using a MS HA-202 cart but it was way too heavy for the cart.
Oops, sorry I missed this. It comes in a sort of dark metallic gray with chrome arm tube, or all black.
My preference would be black with chrome arm tube!
I found an old 5 star review of the arm at HiFi world. http://www.hi-fiworld.co.uk/vinyl-lp...html?showall=1
