    Good morning gents (and ladies?)
    What an excellent forum and resource for the inveterate tinkerer.
    I recently got back to music after a thirty year gap.
    I bought a cheap integrated amp on a whim and realised what I'd been missing, so bought something better (is this how it starts?) a rotel 991.I have very little knowledge of electronics, but after some two and a half years I'm now listening to a self built kit amp (gb300d) and welbourne labs kit pre into kef 105/3s. Sources are a moded meridian 506 & moded arcam 5 and my pc (AP192 sound card) through two moded beresford dacs.
    Thanks to all who contribute to this excellent forum.
