Default KEF Calinda Speakers, near mint, rebuilt xovers, £50 collected

I still have these lovely KEF Calinda lying around if anyone is interested. Drivers are perfect and the crossovers have been professionally re-built to original spec. Cabs are perfect except for a few slight marks on the tops. Grilles are in perfect condition. I'm asking just £50 collected from Stoke on Trent. The drivers alone worth twice that. More pics on request.

At my current rate of consumption it will keep me in Guinness for ten nights. Not sure if you should decant Guinness, though...

FUGGIN GREAT BARGAIN PRICE - and from memory I'd suggest some lowish stands to finish them off - to try to get the tweeter at ear level.

I reckon these could sound really great with some thought in siting and stands The raw ingredients are good still! Hey, even the tweeters are being re-made having been re-imagined/designed by the chap who designed the things originally and available from Falcon I believe. Now, if only the B200 could be re-tooled (I think Harbeth have disposed of the tooling they bought from KEF some years ago)

Yes I am pretty much giving them away although you have to take the cost of coming to collect them into account. My room is just too large for them. They might as well go to a good home where they will get some use. They do have little rubber feet on the bottom to separate them from the floor or from the top plate of a low stand. I doubt that there are any out there in better condition, particularly as the crossovers on these are pretty much brand new.

cross posts They do sound good but as above my room is too large for them, plus I prefer my Akais and I only need one set of speakers.

I love Hendrix for so many reasons. He was so much more than just a blues guitarist - he played damn well any kind of guitar he wanted. In fact I'm not sure if he even played the guitar - he played music. - Stevie Ray Vaughan

Definitely a serious bargain. I'd have them if I was nearer.
