    Most cartridges like to operate at a temperature of 22 degC or a little more, which is why it is a good idea to have a desk light shining on the TT; not just to aid cueing, but to raise the ambient temperature.

    My bidslammer bid misfired. I was only going to £50 in case there was another issue beyond the duff socket, so I might not have won anyway. But it's irritating when that happens. (Annoyingly frequently actually).

    No reason why they can't be used with longer bolts if need be. Could be M3 size.
