    I was given a pair of LS4as, but they didn't inspire me.
    Some speakers 'work' for me, others don't.
    A pair of original Wharefdale Diamonds I used for years in my University Lab.
    really connected me with the music.
    A pair of 'LS3/5a type' speakers from Stirling Broadcast ( bought from an AOS Member ) really didn't
    connect.
    As I have said before, each to his own...
