Sometimes 'full working order' means 'not completely knackered'.

£110 is way too low so either he doesn't know the value or they have issues.

Never sell at that price even though they look minty mint.

Speakers like this no-one thinks are any good. But they are super efficient, an easy load, and will work best close to a wall - all factors that a lot of people need in a speaker and that most modern speakers don't have.

Myself I love to see Collection only if it is something I cherish and I am able to get to it or it's on my doorstep.

It's usually guaranteed to sell below it's market price...

Evan better when it's an auction and it's timed to finish at 1400 on a weekday afternoon or something equally silly...

I agree...a lot of these are passed on for some reason but can hold their own and then some...I thought the guy had them too low and should have left it to the bids. If I had them they would be part of the furniture in my living room even if I wasn't running them Lol

You're like me, rarely buy any hifi that's delivery only, wouldn't trust couriers with something I'm looking forward to trying esp vintage and usually drive some distance if I have found a deal. The other thing I do is if I'm traveling to another town or city I'll look up local ads on Gumtree and see if there is another deal to be had, found the more north you go the cheaper items can get

If anyone near Nantwich fancies a bit of a gamble, my spidey-senses are 92.3% sure these "Bargain Goodmans" speakers are RB65s.

If this is the case then they'll probably need re-foaming but are well worth the effort.
