Definitely in this case ... although fortunately not very often. Most of the time with private sellers the deal goes well and people are civilised if something goes wobbly but this one really annoyed me. Normally this means the seller wants more money and does not have a reserve price set ( because it costs more ) so they pull the plug 12 hours before the auction ends , after 12 hours you can't end a item on ebay

A dilemma. What do I do? I have too many speakers, but I've seen a pair on eBay I really want. Mind you they aren't very big. Can I really squeeze another pair in?
