Not cheap really Grant. The BD1 unit (which I am fond of) is only worth about £30 to £40 and the arm around the £200 mark. The plinth is skip fodder!

This guy has a couple pairs of tannoys on ebay Lancaster and Cheviots both it seems need restoration and Reconing looking at where they have been stored its no wonder if its the garage behind them.

Nuts! A pair of Tannoy DC3000 at a monstrous £580 asking price. They're just not that good. Same driver line up as the smaller DC2000 in bigger boxes. The pick of the bunch (from the plastic coned models) is the compact DC1000 which is more coherent and can be bought at around £100.
