Don't think so as the phone number listed in the ad is a 'Cash Converters'. As to what 'Tannoy' speakers they actually are is anyone's guess.
Decca/Volt speakers going for a song so far. Located in Alfreton. The Decca London ribbon tweeters are worth a small fortune! And the 8" Volt drivers ain't too shabby either.
