I'd have liked that. Too skint at the moment!
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

Looks like this Pioneer PL-12D is going to go silly. Bidding up to £112 already, with nearly three days to go. I used to buy these for about four quid at boot sales!

Everything is now rare and vintage!! I have purchased the odd TT for around the £40 mark during the last 4 yrs , but suddenly everything seems to be 'collectable' and I dont bother even looking any more . Even the old music centres /deck speaker combos ,ie Bush , Thorn , Garrard , things , are percieved as being valuable lol
The 12 D was a nice starter TT mind
I only ride 'em, I don't know what makes 'em work

I frequently see tatty old Dansettes and BSR turntables going for £50 at boot sales. Never see anything of quality. Just look at the crap little record player that Maplin now sells.

They're nothing special Anto. OK for under £100 maybe just for a bit of fun, but they sure ain't dual concentrics!

(yes, I have owned them............and gave them to a mate)

The tweeters seem a bit delicate on these, Audax I believe. I was given a pair of Oxfords with a blown tweeter, about 15 years ago. Bought several replacement units off ebay, none were any good. I do have some Audax soft dome tweeters that are Tannoy badged, may put these in.
