    STAX UA-70 12 inch tonearm ... pity this is in Aussie, but still a fair enough price even with the shipping and VAT I suspect. No effective mass given but the shorter UA7 is 16g so this has to be a few grammes more meaning it should work ok for all but the lowest compliance cartridges.

    Tannoy DC200 speakers. Do not be tempted to waste money on these. They are the worst sounding Tannoy dual concentrics I've heard!

    I keep bumping into this listing.

    I understand these 'speakers' have a terrific bass response. But could do with a wee bit of port tuning.

    I wonder if you could turn 2 old wardrobes into massive speakers? Might need to add a bit of bracing but otherwise they are really instant 400 litre cabs. Block the doors up and cut the holes for the drivers in the back panel.
