Once upon a time my whole musical life seemed to be my little box of cassettes. T'Pau, Human League, Kate Bush, ABBA. And my little red auto-reverse Sony radio-cassette.

I had an Aiwa twin cassette recorder. Cost £100 back in around 1981...lasted for years till I nearly electrocuted meself trying to fix the power switch. £100 back in 81 was a fortune to me. The machine never chewed tapes and although sore on batteries went with me on camping trips. great days.
