What a difference a day makes.
Many thanks to Graham aka newton of this parish for some excellent speaker stands (two pairs no less!) for nothing.
Thoroughly good bloke that.
A Gumtree purchase of a two shelf Target rack and some temporary £20 Gales from an auction site and it's a much tidier room.
Something a little special speaker wise on the way in a short while but these seem to do a good job as fillers.

The NVA Sound Cord was a freebie with one of my previous power amp purchases and it was a huge eye opener for me too. I had it between a pre & power amp and it was a revelation...
