Default AT33PTG - Where Have They Gone?

I bought mine about a month ago, and now that I'm looking for another one for a friend, the supply seems to have dried up. Is this the end of the AT33 line, or will there be other models?

Thanks - I did a search inside the Audiocubes site and couldn't find it!

I've now rushed the link to my friend.

At £182 you should buy two, or a few!
    That's superb VFM.

I've seen it on ebay UK too recently.

A truly great cartridge and like the OC9, the only "failing" being that it reproduces the midrange lift (and corresponding perceived bass drop) applied to many mid-period LP's all too readily. When a record is cut with bass - it miraculously comes back...

Interesting strand! I had, and loved, the OC9 until I bought an AT-33E, and then there was no looking back. It's not quite as tight and punchy but so much smoother, subtle and more detailed. A truly lovely cartridge!

Welcome back Mr Price, nice to see you have a little spare time!

So what do you think of the AT33 family, any setup tips?

    Cheers...

Mr price should be persuaded to do an appreciation of ALL the current AT33 family - there're are a good few of them it seems, but the PTG is the one that seems to get the UK attention (ML tip?)
