Default The world's most expensive Cyrus 1

I do like to see what gear is available outside the UK from time to time and recently came across this site -

    http://www.audioscope.net/

A lot of their gear is in lovely condition but probably the most consistently ridiculous prices I have ever seen - 699 euros for a Cyrus 1!!!

Well, there's no denying that they have some very juicy stuff apart from Cyrus 1s and record brushes but there are some very imaginative things going on with prices!

Silly thing is it'll only take a couple of copycats & that's what they'll be worth... I've seen it myself

Royd Minstrels for example, used to sell for £100 all day long I'd never seen any sell for more than £120 but when I came to sell mine [they were 100% minty in original boxes] I advertised them at £200 & they sold within 24 hours... The next pair to come up for sale [average condition] were you guessed it ! Advertised at £200 and they too sold shortly after - Thats the going rate now
