Default Jr149 - how the hell do you removed the cross over...aarrrgghhhh....

Time has come to recap the x-o on these and I need to removed the X-O, its secured in place with a nut which I loosened off but the bloody thing refuses to move, the nut just continues to rotate I think I must be missing another nut somewhere Any help would be greatly accepted.

    Thanks

There's a threaded stud that runs through the full length of the cabinet, straight throught the bottom wooded section, The crossover sits over the threaded stud at the bottom outside, held in place by nut, a metal can then sit over the crossover & attaches to the same stud..

If it's spinning around it maybe best to take out the 'B110' Bass/Mid unit to access the stud.. Holding it while you try again..
