Default Quad CD66 - any good?

Does anybody have any experience with the Quad CD66? I can remember the CD67 being well regarded, but I don't remember reading much about the 66. Any reliability issues? Would Quad still be able to service it and get parts, especially if the laser needed replacing? What would be a fair price to expect to pay SH?
