    I'm Confused.

    Default MP3Tag help please.

I have just loaded MP3Tag on my Win8.1 PC and seem to have hit an impasse. I can load the folder I wish to play around with but no way can I get the program to activate or analyse this folder. I've looked at all the available options on the menu/tool bar at screen top left without finding anything I recognise as the 'starter'. The annoying thing is that I used it a few weeks ago with great success but had to delete the program as part of a 'refresh' process.
Can anyone tell me what I'm missing please?
    TIA,
    Dave.
    DaveK.

    My System:
Power: Belkin PF40, Custom.hifi.cables Hydra and DC PSUs.
Sources: Self built HTPC with Xonar ST sound card, NAD T585 multi disc player, Sony BDP-S350, Squeezebox Touch, Techncs SL1210 (mod'd) + Nagaoka MP30, Thomson Sky HD box.
    Amps etc.: 2 x Mini-T amps, MF-X10D Valve buffer clone, StanDAC 7520/Caiman (mod'd).
Speakers: Mission 774s with added super tweeters
Cables: best I can afford and likely to change except Homar's RF attenuated co-ax's and Mark Grant USB and HDMI cables. I also like silver i/cs and speaker cable.

Are you running the most up to date version Dave?
Some murmurings on various forums (forii?) about 8.1 problems.....
