Default Warning! Mains cable review MCRU N0.7

Having had this cable in my system to replace a Nordost Shiva on my CD and partly inspired by Martin T's Ultimate mins cable thread, l thought l would put pen to paper as it were and write a few lines regarding the MCRU NO.7, superbly built and weighing a fair bit l plugged the beast in to my CD player and...... blow me, the soundstage grew in all directions, with a new fullness and smoothness that were not there before, guitars sounded more like guitars, piano sounded more like a piano, so put this altogether and you have music that sounds much more like- music, l thought there was more to come and l was correct, in fact l cannot think of an area where my CD's were not improved upon, so l am keeping this lead as it really is a great cable, well done Brooky- god knows how good the Ultimates must be........

Agree totally Mike, this cable was akin to a component upgrade.
