    Default Heybrook Prima Speakers

    Seems like these have just landed in the smith towers Seem very well made and quite heavy i think i'll have some fun later on...not much on the net about them they were miss advertised but knew they were heybrooks when i saw the photo...gave a decent but cheap price for them....

    I also bought an Empire 2000X cartridge too

    Things are getting out of control....... Im overstocked and have no room...

    (the Empire cartridge should be pretty decent, I'll reserve judgement on the Heybrooks, as I'm not a fan of that tweeter)

    The Empire cartridge should be pretty decent

    Im confused on this one is it MM or MC?

    MM. Quite a nice one too.

    Very Musical Sounding great on all types of music quite heavy little things well worth a listen they dont hold the classic status or the HB1 , 2 & 3's but their still nice...

    Fun ally the guy i bought them from had them going through a 34 & 303 if i remember though might of been a 306 though he sold them not long ago and these were the last of that system to go they were cheap enough and look quite snazzy...

    I say the 'Q33' cos i seem to remember my old Empire '2000X' Was a bit of an alive sounding jobbie.

    Too confirm these are an excellent match with Quadies 33 & 303

    Just running them up after another month in their boxes
