that is not a kite! it is a bloody parachute!! looks like fun though, do you ever get lifted off the ground and dumped in the weeds???

It can drag you around a bit. It's only 2.4 square meters area, they go up to about 18sq meters!

Thanks, yes it's Campbell Park very near the main shopping center in Milton Keynes behind me.
