The Brabster's going into the garage today for a full performance remap, in conjunction with fitting a new Longlife stainless steel quad exhaust system, with 3.5 inch-wide tailpipes.
The brief is to create a nice 'growl' from the new exhaust system, noticeable mostly when accelerating hard, along with eking out maximum engine power/BHP. Should be fun!

Tape Deck: Tandberg TCD 310, fully restored and recalibrated as new, by RDE, plus upgraded with heads from the TCD-420a. Also with matching TM4 Norway microphones.
Preamps: Heavily-modified Croft Charisma-X. LDR Stereo Coffee. Power Amps: Tube Distinctions Copper Amp fitted with Tungsol KT-150s. Quad 306.
Cables & Sundries: Mark Grant HDX1 interconnects and digital coaxial cable, plus Mark Grant 6mm UP-LCOFC Van Damme speaker cable. MCRU 'Ultimate' mains leads. Lehmann clone headphone amp with vintage Koss PRO-4AAA headphones.
Tube Distinctions digital noise filter. VPI HW16.5 record cleaning machine.
Speakers: Tannoy 15MGs in Lockwood cabinets with modified crossovers. 1967 Celestion Ditton 15.

I won't even ask the price of the exhaust Marco. But they ain't cheap!
Presumably the remap will be done after the exhaust is fitted. That's the best way.
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

Honda Innova. Very tidy and just over 4000 miles. They run like a Swiss watch. Quicker than you's expect too. Had one before.

Yeah. I know what they're like. I'll probably get slagged off for saying it, but I think they're one of the best bikes ever made. Only small I know, but outstanding at what they do.
It's just a bit of fun. I've got a few cars as well.

I've fancied trying it for a while, and was waiting until the next oil change was due. Gets a good rep amongst enthusiasts using cars with high-performance engines. After the remap, I'm aimimg for around 320bhp
Btw, just out of curiosity, what's your reasoning for doing the exhaust first and the remap later?
