I doubt that hitch hiking dressed as a serial killer is as attractive as it sounds, even in Cornwall. However, if Geoff was holding up a sign saying "I have pasties", I'd give him a lift

OK, he was a stockinged serial killer selling pasties. I've got a lob-on just thinking about it.
Marco.

Yep, definitely one for the W-bank.
Fitted a new end can on my 1200rs on Saturday. Half the weight if the standard end can, better looking and produces a much more fruity note too.
Bought from a company called Fuel exhaust's who are based in the lakes and provided great customer service, order placed on Monday and delivered on Friday after an email the day before advising me if dispatch. Build wise it feels very well put together and as I say it sounds great.

Hi Ben,
Nice can, looks well and suits your bike I think.
Is it road legal, or is it one with removable baffle, or is it stamped 'not for road use'?
I bought a pair of cans for an XJR1300 I had about 15 years ago, which had this stamped on them. I considered polishing it out, but was told that would be a much more serious offence. Anyway, I managed to write it off before it came to the attention of Plod. Lucky me!
I've considered putting an aftermarket exhaust on my '03 FireBlade, and I think one like yours would be just the job (titanium colour though).
Fuel offer various options but mine is "road legal" with all necessary stamps etc. It has a removable baffle which I will be experimenting with next time out. However even with the baffle in place its loud enough to hear what's going on (I ride with ear plugs in too).
I'm very impressed with it on all fronts and it was very reasonably priced too.

Finally. Somebody is addressing the excessive cost of fuel at motorway services.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-43590387
The excuses given for the high prices are ridiculous.
The cost of 'round the clock opening', So they have the opportunity to sell more and it costs them?
'prices reflect the cost of building and running services', well so it does at any other place that sells fuel.
