    Hello Chaps

    Bought this of ebay spares or repair just wondered the caps appear to be leaking or is it me

    Thats glue bud. A technique commonly used by Japanese manufacturers for securing large caps.

    Hello James

    Just occasional drop out of right channel will give a spray with Survisol Super 10 see if that does the trick

    Will report back later.

    Aye, if in doubt give it a clout is my motto

    No... If cleaning the controls doesn't help I'd be looking at the relay. When the channel drops out if changing speakers selection [A/B/A+B] or "whacking" the volume up restores the sound chances are the relay needs a clean. Gently tapping the top of the relay with a screwdriver handle will also agitate the problem.

    Relay not replay Rectangular black plastic box by the side of thse two cable connector in your pic..
