Default Roksan Caspian M2 CD Player - opinions

I'm planning to move from transport + DAC to 100% high quality redbook player
I would like to know from you guys, what's your opinion about Roksan Caspian M2 CD player? This is one of my candidates.

    I appreciate any feedback.

    Thanks

Come on guys, help a new old guy here. I have a Cambridge Audio Azur 840C which is presenting some defects. Do you think the M2 CD worth it as an upgrade?

    Thanks

I'm not sure there are too many Caspian users on AoS but I'm surprised no-one has an opinion. You can usually rely on that here!
Come on folks, help the poor guy out!

Haven't heard a Caspian CD in years. Sounded OK but not current version. Frankly you need to find a dealer and audition the Roksan against alternatives from Arcam, Marantz, Rega etc. I'm sure you will get heavy recommendations for Rega on this forum. If it where me for that kind of money I would look at Marantz as they will also play SACD format. Also the new models have USB to enable playing of files through the DAC section.
