Are those speakers electrostatic
Are you blind, you can see they are Celestion Dittons.

Someone gave this card to me for my birthday this year - I still have it pinned up above my desk at work!
As to the equipment, I think the chap has DIY'd it all himself. The reason I say this is that the arm on the deck is clearly a Lenco P77 but this was never used in an integrated turntable/amplifier unit...
