    Have had that this album on Vinyl for a while and wasn't sure about it. Got it recently on CD and wow it is pretty impressive... I must go back and listen to it on Vinyl again!!!

    Still probably her best album Al, certainly her most famous... My mother-in-law is a fan of this album which makes me think I should not like it on principle

    Blimey - we don't even get on that well!!! ... we hate the ground each other walks on... well waddles in her case...

    To the Limit is another great Joan Armatrading album as is Me Myself I and Show Some Emotion. Last November we (the missus) saw Joan at the Lighthouse in Poole. The gig was excellent and the house was full.

    One of my all time fave artists.
