I watch as much of Glasto as I can.
Usually I discover a couple of artists I don't know that seem ok
There seems to be something off about the sound, not necessarily the quality. Can't quite put my finger on it.
I find if an artist sounds ok there they are usually good or even great
TAD CD / DAC / Pre, Technics 1210, MCRU PSU, Mike New Bearing & Platter, Stillpoints LP1 weight, Speedy Steve Ebony armboard, Fidelity Research FR64FX arm, Ortofon SPU. Aurorasound VIDA Phono Pre Amp, TAD Power Amp, TAD E1 speakers. Coherent RTZ 3 Grounding box, Coherent grounding cables, Creaktiv racks. Coherent Mains Cables. SR Blue Fuse. Interconnects : Coherent and Yannis 223.5 Connect Litz. Coherent speaker cable. Audio Magic Transcendence Conditioner. Coherent mains socket. Mains Filters : , PS Audio Harvesters, Russ Andrews Purifiers, Tacima, Vertex. Black Ravioli and RDC supports. Electric Beach S1NX platforms for TAD CD and Technics. I was watching BBC3 & 4 coverage via Sky, standard def, via a DAC into my main system last night. Too early for HD coverage.

BBC Two HD IS better AND louder flipping between standard def and HD on my 2nd system now.

    It still ain't great, though.

It sounds good through my Onkyo 605 with dts Neo 6 set for music. HD supplied by my Humax. I do have to turn it up for the music.
Off the computer via the dac @192 into my hifi it sounds flat and lacking bass.

Apart from the level issue, the sonics varied a lot between the sets. Felt a bit sorry for the Arctic Monkeys who totally lacked any excitement to the sound & with vocals too quiet relative to the music. Haim came through well SQ wise I thought.

At the end of the day I enjoyed it quite a lot gripes aside.

Justin, you should send a complaint to the BBC. They're usually polite enough to reply.

What mud? Yes, there was some rain and some puddles for a while, but it's been scorchio for the last couple of days. I'm bloody sunburned!

Oh, and as for the toilets, I think they are bloody amazingly good considering the level of use. The festival is run like clockwork, and the toilets are cleaned several times a day.
