    Anyone fan of Ron Sexsmith recommend his best/essential work, been meaning to try some of his stuff,
    quite prolific and don't know where to start.

    Andy,
    Personally I don't think he's made a bad album, but the one I started with is still my favourite Cobblestone Runway



    ...and probably his most accomplished album Long Player, Late Bloomer



    Probably good places to start, I'd have thought.

    Thats nice to know, must agree so far from Youtube and Spotify snippets, just wanted to weed out the mingers if there was any as his stuff don't end up in bargain sections in Amazon, never see any go for £2.00 or less on the Bay either, thanks for the CR recco.

    Have to agree with Chris here but Late Bloomer is probably his most accessible for a new fan - wonderful album. Saw him at the Albert Hall a few weeks back and he's great live too

    Ta Tim,

    'Late Bloomer' it is then, been hovering round his stuff for the last year but never done anything about it,
    strong thoughtful lyrics and not too shabby a singer appeals.

    Will check if he's heading my way in the future for live shows.
