    Can anyone tell me if a grace 707 arm is worth keeping or am i better off to sell.My current arm is a rb 300 rewired by audio origami also with new weights.Many thanks John

    Try it and see what you think.

    There will be a lot of opinions that the Rega might be better and is more modern. But if it sounds better to your ears then use it.

    Edit. I'm sure Dsjr will be along in a minute to pontificate about classic tonearms.

    Certainly different. The RB300 is more dynamic and punchy, the Grace more airy and lighter. You need to hear for yourself.

    Hi Johnnie i use a gyrodec with a zyx 30 cart only trouble is i dont have the equipment to change the arm or cartridge

    You'd probably need a new armboard.

    Have a word with Deco Audio. They do Gyro's.

    i think the rega arm will match the cartridge a little better with its 11gram effective mass

    the grace is a slightly lighter effective mass...
