    I'm Shane.

    Default Sony MDS-JE330.

I see you can buy these cheaply nowadays.

I'm aware the Sony MDS-JE330 is an entry level mini disc player.

Just curious if any members here owned one before? I'm not buying

I have the MDS-JB940 which is the all singing all dancing jobbie, very good bit of kit and loads of functionality, but redundant now and only good if you do a lot or recording and want to do editing etc, i think i am going to sell it to be honest!

I have one too and it's currently sitting in the cupboard. Mind you, I do occasionally think about getting it out and having a play with it.

I hate seeing equipment become obsolete these days when they're still perfectly serviceable!

It is a very good bit of kit, as far as i can make out even when you use the LP4 function you don't loose any sound quality. It is a real shame that the MD is dead.
